01. Property and Access Assessment

We inspect the proposed driveway area, property entrance, vehicle access, existing surface, drainage routes, ground conditions, and required finished levels.

02. Driveway Planning

The driveway dimensions, layout, concrete depth, surface finish, sub-base specification, reinforcement, edging, and drainage requirements are agreed before work starts.

03. Surface Removal and Excavation

Existing materials are removed and the ground is excavated to create enough depth for the sub-base and concrete slab.

04. Sub-Base Installation

Suitable aggregate is spread across the prepared area and compacted thoroughly to create a stable foundation beneath the concrete.

05. Formwork and Reinforcement

Formwork is installed around the driveway perimeter to hold the concrete in position. Reinforcement and movement joints are added where required.

06. Final Inspection and Cleanup

The completed driveway is checked for finish, levels, drainage, edges, and surrounding reinstatement before the working area is cleared.
