Tank Pit Excavation​

We excavate the tank area to the required size and depth while considering access, ground stability, nearby structures, existing utilities, and safe working conditions.​

Foundation and Bedding Preparation​

The base is prepared with the specified concrete slab, granular bedding, or approved foundation system to provide level and dependable support beneath the tank.​

Tank Lifting and Positioning​

Using suitable plant and lifting methods, the tank is lowered into the excavation, aligned with the drainage layout, and checked before connections and backfilling begin.​

Pipework and Chamber Connections​

03. Tank Excavation

The installation pit is excavated to the required dimensions, with appropriate controls for access, ground stability, groundwater, and existing services.

04. Base Construction

The foundation or bedding system is prepared, levelled, and checked before the tank is delivered or lowered into position.

05. Placement and Alignment

The tank is lifted carefully into the excavation and aligned with the proposed pipework, access points, and finished ground levels.

06. Completion and Reinstatement

The surrounding ground is made stable and prepared for surfacing, landscaping, access works, or the next stage of the project.
