Internal Flow Channel Formation

Channels are carefully shaped inside the chamber to guide water and waste between connected pipes. Smooth benching is added around the channel to reduce debris buildup and standing water.

Existing Chamber Upgrades

Damaged, leaking, collapsed, or poorly positioned manholes can be repaired, rebuilt, or replaced. Work may include replacing chamber sections, correcting pipe connections, rebuilding bases, or renewing covers and frames.

Access Cover and Frame Fitting

From ground preparation to final reinstatement.

01. Initial Site Assessment

We review the proposed chamber position, drainage plans, pipe routes, access limitations, excavation depth, ground conditions, and nearby structures.

02. Installation Planning

The chamber type, dimensions, materials, machinery, safety requirements, pipe levels, and cover specification are confirmed before excavation begins.

03. Controlled Ground Excavation

The area is excavated carefully to create sufficient working space for the chamber. Existing pipes, cables, services, and foundations are considered throughout the excavation.

04. Stable Foundation Preparation

A firm and level base is prepared to support the chamber. The foundation method may vary depending on whether the project uses concrete rings, modular sections, brickwork, or a proprietary chamber system.

05. Chamber Assembly

The selected chamber components are positioned, aligned, and secured to create a stable underground structure. Each section is checked as the chamber is built upward.

06. Final Surface Make-Good

The work area is left stable, safe, and prepared for its final surface treatment, whether that includes paving, concrete, tarmac, soil, or landscaping.
